By applying for a commission you agree to the following:
First and foremost you are declaring you are 18+ and are an adult to order
I have the right to turn down any commission that I don't feel confident in the turnout of the finished product / or don't feel comfortable doing.
This is a professional exchange between artist and client
Your commission IS NOT private and it must be posted. I will not remove any commissions later in the future from my galleries.
You will be patient and considerate to other people on queue when waiting for a commission!
You have read and agreed to the "art streams" section of this TOS
Paypal OR Stripe USD
PayPal transactions are done via an invoice I will send you
Do not send any money before I accept the commission or I will consider it a tip
Do not send money through friends and family. Please wait for my invoice
Commissions are paid upfront, I do not hold slots
If a slot is not paid for I will pick another commission from the forms
Turn around time is max 1 month, maybe a little more or a little less
Please understand if I may have to change schedules due to IRL occurrences / need for short breaks
1.) Ordering a slot - Order is placed in a form, I review it and invoice you. If I need to I will contact you to clarify any details necessary
2.) Payment - You provide an invoice email and I send you an invoice with agreed price. Payment is required in full before piece is started
3.) Sketch stage - I will sketch your commission and send it to you for approval. Greyscale sketches do not have a WIP phase, but rendered commissions do. You may request minor changes during this stage ONLY. NOT DURING STREAMS
4.) Color + Shading - Once sketch is approved, I will begin to line, color, and shade the piece to completion. No major changes will be accepted, only minor color edits once the piece is finished
5.) Finished - The commission is finished and will be sent to you for an OK through a Dropbox link. Then I will upload it to my websites
You may request a MINOR pose change, expression change, add something at the SKETCH STAGE (process #3) when I send you a WIP. Changes will not be done while I am streaming.
After the sketch stage, anything that requires me to re-draw something WILL NOT be accepted, OR I will ask for extra charge. I will only accept changes to colors. Please be responsible and upfront about being clear with what you want, it makes it easier on both of us.
Please know what you want me to draw for you. In placing a form the more details about your character the better! I only know what's written in the form. If you don't tell me, then I won't know at all.
I take almost all commission orders through a form. This is to avoid lost information.
If you have a commission with specifics, please make the effort to organize your references clearly. A good way to do this is to download Easypose from the app store, and pose the models and perspective in the exact way you want the commission to be.
Another 3D program that is free to use is MMD (Miku Miku Dance)
Again, I do not mind quick questions in my Discord server on commissions, but if it's to go over a lengthy commission description for an hour or over serveral days, I will stop you and ask you to wait until commissions are open to submit a form.
Art streams are not guaranteed for commissions. They are something I do for fun and can't always promise a stream!
If I am streaming, please do not ask me to make corrections in chat. Wait for me to get to the WIP stage of the commission to ask. This slows work flow ALOT, is not considerate to the viewers and other clients in my queue, and should not be done in a public chat or whispers.
It stresses me out badly and I will ask you to wait for a WIP approval stage.
If back seating in chat continues while I am streaming I will refund your slot and reopen it.
Be 100% sure you want the commission BEFORE requesting to avoid refunds. This is my full time job and I am 100% dependent on this income to pay rent and necessities.
I offer 50% refund at the SKETCH stage of a commission only. Which means, once you approve the WIP and I move into finishing the picture I do not offer refunds.
If I fail to complete a commission before or after the sketch stage, I will refund you 100%
I own the rights to the image. I have full rights of commissioned pieces of fanart characters only to make prints of and to use for profit purposes. I will never use any commissions of OCs I do not own for profit.
I am allowed to use the commission in digital portfolios, commission sheet examples, etc.
You can post the commission online on your sites as long as I am credited and linked back to
You can use the commission for non profit / entertainment use
You are not allowed to sell the commission online for prints, advertising, etc.
